The engine was completely rebuilt from the ground up, including:
- Full disassembly to the bare block.

- Inspection of the crankshaft and rotating assembly.
- Installation of a new gasket and seal set.
- Adjustment of timing and valve clearances.
- Service of the ignition and fuel systems.
- Post-assembly oil change and operational parameter verification.
