Restoration Process

Body Frame-Off Restoration
The car has been completely dismantled to the bare shell. The body was stripped to bare metal via corundum sandblasting, and all corroded elements have been removed.
We have applied the initial coat of epoxy primer and completed all bodywork repairs using brand-new replacement panels. Following a second application of epoxy primer, the painting preparation phase—including filling and priming—is underway.
The process will conclude with the application of four coats of high-quality acrylic paint. Additionally, all closed body sections have been sealed and protected with specialized anti-corrosion agents.

Engine Major Overhaul

The engine was completely rebuilt from the ground up, including:
  • Full disassembly to the bare block.
  • Installation of new pistons and rings.
  • Complete cylinder head rebuild (leak test, valve and guide service, and resurfacing).
  • Inspection of the crankshaft and rotating assembly.
  • Installation of a new gasket and seal set.
  • Adjustment of timing and valve clearances.
  • Service of the ignition and fuel systems.
  • Post-assembly oil change and operational parameter verification.

Transmission & Gearbox
The gearbox was fully disassembled, inspected, and rebuilt. This included checking all bearings, synchronizers, and gears, replacing worn components, and installing new seals and fresh oil.

Suspension
All suspension components were replaced with new parts, including bushings and rubber elements. Driving stability and comfort components were renewed and functionally verified.

Steering System
The steering system was renewed, featuring a professionally rebuilt steering gearbox with play removed and adjusted.

Brake System
The entire braking system is new, including the drums, shoes, wheel cylinders, flexible hoses, and fluid reservoir. The system was filled with fresh fluid, bled, and performance tested.

Electrical System
A brand-new complete wiring harness and fuse box were installed. All circuits, including lighting, charging, starter, and horn, were verified for proper operation within a clean, professional installation.

Starter and Alternator
Both the starter and alternator have been professionally rebuilt.

Control System
All control cables have been replaced with new units, specifically the throttle, choke, clutch, and handbrake cables.
